Learning Resources Utilization Centre

      The need for improving the quality and instructional system in the polytechnics to produce high quality technicians matching with the ever changing scenario and the requirements of the industry is undisputed.  Accordingly in this Institute, a wing called L.R.U.C. (Learning Resources Utilization Centre) has been set up in 1991 to make teaching learning process more effective and relevant to technological advancements under the World Bank Project on Development and Management of Technical Education.

      This institute has already procured the equipments and materials such as Model, Charts, Flannel Boards, Slides & Slide Projectors, OHPs, Video Cassettes, TVs, VCRs, VDPs, Data Video Projectors, Digital Camera and using these for making the teaching instructions more effective and practical by providing necessary print and non-print resources to the teachers.  This centre has photo printers, comb binding machine, lamination facilities etc.
